In British county Worcestershire the unusual dwelling, which can become the present find for fans of the original real estate will be soon exposed on auction. Under the initial price 25 thousand pounds sterling (50 thousand dollars) interested people can get real cave with a street door and windows.
The cave, exposed by auctioneer Daniel Lovatt, owing to death of the previous owner, has been cut in sandy rock in the city of Wolverley in 40th years of the last century. The cave has received the name for the arrangement and internal furniture “Rock Cottage”.
Those, who will manage to get “cottage”, can take pleasure in quite comfortable conditions in spite of the fact that it is not equipped by system of water- and electro supply. The house has a bedroom, a sitting room and closet, and also a fireplace and quite modern windows and an entrance door.
