Artificial stone
During last years the receives cellular concrete (foam concrete, porous concrete) - an artificial stone with in regular intervals distributed times-cells which are filled with gas bubbles or foam, gains more and more popularity. Blocks from an artificial stone do not burn, do not decay and do not rust, they can be easily moved, they are being well used in processing, it is possible to twist screws and to hide engineering communications in them. Properties of cellular concrete depend on knitting components and fillers - cement, expanded clay expanded clay, exhaust, plaster, sand, polystyrene, slag, sawdust, ashes. For such house the powerful and expensive base is not required. Now the share of the country houses constructed of cellular concrete exceeds 16 %.
Blocks from an artificial stone cost cheaply, but construction of the house from them demands special technology, and finally the price of foamed concrete house is not much cheaper than a cottage brick. The cellular house gives a depth of immersion, therefore from the moment of end of constructing of walls prior to the beginning of furnish at least a year should pass. Otherwise, the walls may be covered with cracks. The facilitated concrete is expedient for applying at construction of small cottages in height no more than two floors.
The artificial stone requires external sheeting (plastic, plaster, bricklaying). Besides, in order to keep the house from cellular concrete in a sound condition, it is necessary to make it warmed up constantly.????
