Frank Sinatra’s apartment is on sale for $6 million

February 4th, 2008

In New York the two-storied penthouse with three bedrooms in the house of construction of 1961 is on sale. The apartment was projected at Frank Sinatra’s participation and after that he lived there with young wife.
Later the apartment has been sold and nothing has been changed there: walls are covered with cracks, floors have remained prehistoric, and the interior reminds those ages.
However, previous owners wanted to unite an inhabited bottom part of a penthouse with top, where Sinatra practiced singing, and also arranged parties.
Nevertheless, nothing has been changed and the apartment remained with the same style. Now “star” apartment is on sale for $6 million. As it has become known, the high price is caused in many respects by that linoleum till now stores Frank Sinatra’s prints and that despite of numerous cracks the walls do not fall.
