Frame partitions (Part 1)

July 13th, 2007

Various materials can be applied to the device of frame partitions: gypsum plaster sheets, fiberboard, particle board, etc. Frame partitions with gypsum plaster sheets are most widely applied; therefore we shall consider the given constructive type of partitions on the basis of this material.
The widest circulation has been received by gypsum plaster sheets of firm “KNAUF”, and also production of Finnish firm “GIPROC”.
Wide application of frame partitions from gypsum plaster sheets is connected, first of all, with simplicity of installation and fast terms of works???????? performance. One more factor, owing to which designers prefer to pawn frame partitions in projects, relies in surprising ability to morphogenesis of gypsum cardboard. From it, partitions with broken, curvilinear forms, to create interiors with flowing spaces, to include in an interior of a column, a pilaster, etc, have been made.
Gypsum plaster frame partition consists of a profile metal skeleton (a skeleton from wooden bar is used), sheathed with gypsum plaster sheets from both parties. The skeleton on perimeter fastens to building designs and it is a bearing part for gypsum plaster sheets. At presence of requirements to thermal, sound and fireproof isolation the cavity of a partition between gypsum plaster sheets is being filled up with isolating material from mineral fibers.

Elite furniture (Part 2)

July 12th, 2007

For the last years some changes in definition “lux” in interior and furniture design, which are not connected with a fashion, are being observed. The “lux” category is defined any more by cost and skill of manufacturers, but with other criteria which have been recognized secondary: reproduction of moral values, successes in research of materials, ecological compatibility and others. All these qualities are not evident, but they considerably raise value both each subject of furniture, and a uniform of interior design composition. Thus the important components of quality of elite furniture gain originality, novelty, beauty and, first of all, functionality.
It appears so that the furniture of “lux” class serves not only to image of the owner, but it also carries out functions of furniture in general - it provides coziness and comfort in the house. Today functionality of furniture means bilateral communication between the designer and the consumer. Designers do not chase extreme novelty of forms any more, and aspire to make stylish beautiful furniture as much as possible ergonomic. With this purpose new creative decisions are created and samples of classical design are staticized.
Do not hesitate of luxury. In fact furniture is not only for a body, but it is also a hobby.

Elite furniture (Part 1)

July 11th, 2007

Conceptually the furniture can be divided into two kinds: furniture for a life, and other furniture, “for eyes”- as a hobby.
Elite furniture - criteria of estimation
There is furniture of absolutely other grade. Furniture is a sign on taste and social status of the owner. Such furniture is not on sale in ordinary shops and it is not made at factories by million parties. It is called furniture of “luxury” class.
In opinion of the inhabitant for furnish of luxury furniture the original concept and use of natural materials - a tree, leather, natural fabrics, nonferrous metals are characteristic. And it is quite natural - transcendental cost of the goods is really “charming”.
The attitude to furniture is not always defined by a material status, and more likely world position. Those, who wish to transform a place of residing at the house into the dream, hardly will save on an interior.
Despite of current of time and development of the furniture industry (improvement of technologies and materials), and its further improvement (introduction on the furniture market of the new companies and countries) Italy remains the world leader on the market of elite furniture.
“Elite” - the luxury - has not always been the defining characteristic of the Italian furniture. But today the furniture of a class “luxury” differs not only, and not so much by price, but on many other qualities. Among other furniture markets researchers of the of the Italian furniture market features mark it????????s (paradoxically!) availability.???? In other words: the increasing numbers of people are capable to decorate the life with rather qualitative furniture. When we say “furniture”, we mean everything, including, lighting devices, accessories, textiles, table silver - all movable subjects of interior design.

July 9th, 2007

That is why correct choice of plafond will help to create correct mood and to make your house cozy and comfortable. Today we shall tell to you about the features of house illumination. How to choose a color of plafond:
Yellow
(so will incandescent lamp at transparent or white plafond so the fixture look) - the most optimum color, which stimulates a pupil and does not tire the eyes.
White (at a transparent or white plafond so the fixture with luminescent lamps) - simulates a daylight, raises working capacity.
Red - excites, raises pressure.
Orange - “appetizing” color, which accelerates palpitation.
Green - the most pleasant for eyes; reduces pressure, calms, good for having a rest, and working (basically - with muscles).
Blue - slows down a rhythm of breath, reduces pressure - light for those, who wants to be lazy.
Dark blue - oppresses and even can make you sleep.

Low ceiling? What about luster? (Part 2)

July 8th, 2007

Variant 2
The fixture with light is directed upwards; it is fixed on a hook, twisted in a ceiling and more often has the transparent or white basis. In this case light is reflected from ceiling. Such fixture gives the coziest and comfortable illumination.
What to consider:
???????? ???????????Light will not beat directly in eyes as it happens at low ceilings to pendant fixtures of direct light.
???????? ???????????It is better to take fixtures, where directions of lamps can be adjusted in the different parties.
???????? ???????????It better approaches to light interiors - in dark interiors it will create sensation of some gloom.
???????? ???????????It requires additional light source, for example, a working lamp or a floor lamp.
???????? ???????????Light in this luster is directed upwards, reflected from a ceiling and fills a room. It is the most comfortable illumination.
???????? ???????????Plus - bulbs are exposed to overheat less…
???????? ???????????… But necessarily additional illumination is required. It is a sconce compensates lack of the directed working illumination - for reading.
Variant 3
This variant offers you to refuse from the top illumination. But then powerful and variegated fixtures are required. For example, a floor lamp - with the directed upwards or adjustable direction of light directed upwards, a sconce near that place, where you will be sitting or laying to have a rest, read the newspaper or books and - a lamp on a table.
What to consider:
???????? ???????????It is necessary to do something with wires, sticking out of a ceiling. The cartridge can be removed. And now special plafonds from PVC are on sale.
???????? ???????????In this variant the top illumination is not required. Wires and an aperture in a ceiling are maskable by special “socket”.????
???????? ???????????The first light source is a desk lamp. However, here it stands in a case. The problem is to create mood.
???????? ???????????The second source - a floor lamp. Light is directed upwards, reflected from a ceiling.
???????? ???????????The third source - a sconce. It is very comfortable for reading.

Low ceiling? What about luster? (Part 1)

July 6th, 2007

The inhabitants of an apartment with high ceilings are happy people- high ceilings allow placing a luster “from a palace”. And here to many inhabitants of standard lay-out always face the problem of law ceiling and lack of space. The luster, which is hanging too low, will look ridiculously and irritate you - because of sensation that you will necessarily be knocked about it by a head.
Variant 1
Dome-shaped plafond. The most popular decision.
???????? ???????????Look closely: there should be a restriction on capacity of bulbs on the fixture.
???????? ???????????Pay attention to the ceiling! If it is concrete, any bulbs may be used. If a tree or tension - luminescent or halogen lamps are required.
???????? ???????????The most inconvenient is to change fused bulbs. It is necessary to remove a plafond. Keep in mind - energy-saving lamps serve much longer than usual lamps.
???????? ???????????The more brightly the plafond is the less light it will skin.
???????? ???????????Ceiling plafond fastens directly to a ceiling. It does not give shadows and creates sensation of “space” in the room. One minus - it will be very inconvenient for you to change bulbs.

The cellular house gives a depth of immersion, therefore from the moment of end of constructing of walls prior to the beginning of furnish at least a year should pass.
